Hendrick Honda – Easley, SC

  • 41k square foot new automotive showroom and maintenance facility on 6 acre property
  • Project phased to keep existing business open during construction
  • Required the design and permitting of new public sewer main extension
  • Maximization of property to reduce the amount of impervious area over the existing condition resulting in lowering stormwater runoff and eliminating stormwater management requirements

Automotive Parts and Maintenance Stores

Advance Auto – Asheville, NC

  • 6k square foot auto parts store
  • Designed for connection to a future outparcel
  • Building location and elevation designed to avoid the 100 year flood elevation
  • Entrance designed to minimize impact on existing creek

AAA – Johns Creek, GA

  • 8k square foot building with 10 car care bays with entry doors
  • Designed to minimize demolition and disturbance of existing site while constructing the new facility

Commercial Retail

Lowe’s – Lancaster, SC

  • Site work for the 31 acre commercial development
  • 125k square foot Lowe's building and associated site improvements
  • 8 outparcels and residual property totaling 17.3 acres along with 1.8 acre stormwater management facility
  • Design included SCDOT right of way improvements

Academy Sports, Petco, Mattress Firm & Aspen Dental – Dalton, GA

  • 20 acre commercial retail project
  • 86k square feet of retail space
  • Coordination of approximately 800 linear foot of retaining wall design
  • Design and permitting of new deceleration and turn lane at main entrance to the development through GADOT

Staples, Homegoods, DSW & Ulta – Columbia, SC

  • Retail space for four national tenants
  • 7.5k square foot building area on 1 acre site

Mattress Firm & Aspen Dental – Columbia, SC

  • Outparcel development with 7k square foot building for two national tenants
  • Included demolition of existing site and site maximization for proposed project

Gas Station & Convenience Stores

Murphy Express – Osprey, FL

  • Kiosk with canopy and 5 gasoline pumps
  • Coordination of entrance drive with surrounding properties
  • Use of pervious concrete in the site design
  • Modifications to the FDOT right-of-way including the center island and the left turn lane into the project

Murphy Express – Avon Park, FL

  • 2,756 square foot convenience store on 1.2 acre site
  • 5,880 square foot canopy with 10 gasoline pumps
  • Design of FDOT deceleration/dedicated turn lane into project
  • Two stormwater facilities designed for 100% infiltration of runoff to meet jurisdictional requirements

Grocery & Grocery Anchored Developments

Harris Teeter Grocery – Southern Pines, NC

  • 19 acre development with a Harris Teeter Grocery store, future retail and outparcel areas
  • 53k square feet of grocery space and 38k square feet of retail space
  • NCDOT road improvement design and permitting for proposed entrances
  • Stormwater management designed for NCDENR high water quality watershed regulations

Harris Teeter Grocery – Asheville, NC

  • 45k square foot grocery store and four outparcels for future development on 7.5 acre property
  • Incorporates pedestrian friendly streetscape with pedestrian amenities
  • Designed to maintain and include existing historical features on site
  • Coordination of retaining wall designs including support of the rear of the grocery store building, along with underground stormwater facility designed to maintain existing stormwater runoff levels

Multi-Use Developments

Citrus Park Crossing – Tampa, FL

  • Phase 1 is the construction of 75k square feet green office building. Project design team received an award of merit by Hillsborough County development board for trails and transit access, job growth, creative investment equity & green building features.
  • Design incorporates the Upper Tampa Bay Trail system to allow pedestrian and bicycle access
  • Design of a stormwater management facility using a combination of surface and underground storage
  • 1.7 acre wetlands conservation area

Office Space

Forest Manor Offices – Asheville, NC

  • 4 acre project with 3 proposed multi-story office buildings totaling 52k square feet
  • Pervious concrete added in parking areas to meet local code for excess parking
  • Pedestrian walkways designed to connect all areas of the site and a pedestrian accessible amenity was designed with seating areas and landscaping
  • Coordination of onsite retaining wall designs
