Mill Creek Village – Southern Pines, NC

• Eighteen (18) acre development with a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store, 40,000 square feet of retail and four outparcels
• Four (4) acre water quality pond and water feature designed for development

Crescent State Bank Center - Raleigh, NC

• 18,250 square foot bank / office development
• Conditional use rezoning
• Unique storm water design including underground detention and an underground sand filter water quality treatment system

Just Brakes – Lakeland, FL

• 3800 square foot Just Brakes repair center and 4000 square feet of retail
• Underground storm water system designed for development

Forest Manor Office Complex – Asheville, NC

Five (5) acre development including a 24,000 square foot bank / office with 23,000 square feet of retail

Completed several inspections and reports for storm water facilities across the Carolinas and Florida that require periodic inspections, maintenance and/or certifications
